It can be both: You made it, so it can have a topic for it in TIMaC.
You can make a topic for the game in TIRaP, as people will probably play.

EDIT: Actually wouldnt that be contradictory as both are for fandoms?

You can't link to itch. You could create a topic in TiRaP as long as you are not advertising for your game, or linking to any website where you would buy it. I suppose that posting this in TiMaC would be technically allowed, but you still can't link to it or advertise it, and you no one can discuss things about playing the game in that forum. TiMaC is for discussing the making of a game, not talking about playing it.

TLDR - Post it in TiRaP but don't give any links.
