Does someone know how to set a maximum for a slider variable?

Right click over the slider variable and click “change slider range”

Also, you have to do this on the stage monitor (which appears on the Stage, note in 2.0 it was named a bit differently):

If you're on mobile, switch to a computer because this part isn't mobile friendly, I remember it not allowing me to do this at all.
