When I open an SB3 file on my iPad, I don't hear any sound, including voice recordings.

My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.15.7, Safari 16.6, No Flash version detected
I am an iPad user. When I open SB3 files in chrome and safari, I can't hear any sound, including voice recordings, and then the sound comes out and repeats. Is this something that doesn't work well on the original iPad or is this a temporary glitch?

1. Is silent mode on? If so, turn it off on your iPad, as it causes this.
2. If silent mode is off but the issue still occurs, is the length of the sound stuck at 0:00.00 when you go to the Sound Editor?
Also side thing:
3. If you were using the original iPad, you wouldn't be able to use Safari 16, you'd be on iOS 5.1.1 at most:

I'm assuming you mean something different then though.

First of all, thank you
1. not in silent mode
2. the sound duration is normal and I can see the soundbar moving, just no sound.
3. my iPad iOS 16.6.1. I thought there was some kind of incompatibility, but this could be it.
Is there anything I can do?

I doubt that’s it, if you’re on iOS 16, you must be on one of these devices:

There’s no way you can mistake iOS 16 for iOS 5 honestly though, they look completely different.
Also I’m not sure then, does it allow you to mute safari tabs and have you checked the volume on your iPad? Does this happen after a refresh?

Something I noticed whenever I use Safari is that whenever I navigate out of Safari and then go back in, no sound will play until I reload the page. Maybe that has something to do with this? Sound plays fine on other website projects, right?

Chrome or Safari are both the same. The sound plays well when I add a sound block created in Scratch, but when I open and run the sb3 file, I can't hear the sound. So I wondered if it's a problem with the iPad instead of the computer when loading the sb3 file.

It is the same in both Chrome and Safari. When I add a sound block by creating it in Scratch, the sound plays well, but when I open and run the SB3 file, there is no sound. So I was wondering if this is a problem with the iPad, not the computer, when loading the SB3 file.
