It would be nice to have mockups so people know exactly what you're thinking of. What would the create icon be? It could be a lot of different things. Also, I'm a person, and I don't know why this might be added. Would you mind explaining a little bit?

Why? While it would cool to have dedicated icons for these buttons, we don't need them. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
