What nationality are you when you join scratch? to find out what nationality the scratch team is. Where do you live? alone, I live there, but I am a foreigner. It may be difficult for some people who say, "I live here, but I am a foreigner.

I think what @NIHONBO-RU is trying to say is that the country data Scratch fetches for each user is based on “location”, not nationality. Which means users have to use up characters in their About Me to say, for example, “I live in X country but I'm from Z country”. Some people consider their nationality to be more important than where they currently reside.

I'm not actually sure what the suggestion here is, though? Is it to change the current text from “location” to “nationality”? Or just to have an option to show your nationality in addition to where you live?

Not sure I would support as it's easy enough to add this info to About Me if needed.

I'm like, “Where do you live?” Besides “What nationality are you? (not necessary if you have multiple nationalities or dual nationalities)” would be nice to know which nationality the scratch team is. I think it is not enough to just state the country you live in.

You can just say it in About Me or WIWO though, its not that much of a hassle

Why would this be needed? If someone wants to display it, they should put it in their AM or WIWO. If you're AM/WIWO is full, create an “About Me” project (like this one by -NeonDaHedgehog-).
