I would like to change my profile picture but I don't know how can someone tell me how

First, go to your profile.
Next, click your pfp:


Now select the image, please note that the format cannot be an svg for example, maximum is 500x500 for the proportions(width, hieght) and 512 kilobytes for the file size.

EDIT: This is just using an example of my profile, you cannot change another user's — Just saying to avoid confusion, you have to do it on your own profile.
