.Gif Files Not Importing Properly from Pivot

This was a glitch in 1.4 for me too, but when I import a .gif file from Pivot, the come of the image is cut out except for the first frame. Is this just with Pivot, or is anyone else experiencing this bug? This is extremely inconvenient because I have requests to fill. Can anyone help?

For those who don't know, Pivot is a stick figure animator.
