so i was going to add the new gamepad mode which allows players to play SSML3 with a makeymakey and without a mouse, but its hard to click stuff without the mouse pointer, as shown in the picture below: can someone help me out here with the gamepad mode scripts?

Do you mean controlling a mouse with the gamepad or some sort of selection box that moves around the screen to different buttons?

What id personally do, if I had the right stuff, is use a joystick. Most people wouldn't do that though, so you'd have to make an option for it. Otherwise, I don't think you should even add support for that into your game. Only if you have to. Might just be better for you to use Turbowarp (or anything else with that feature) and add support for controller.
