I'm sorry, however there is not a forum for that. You could possibly make edits to the scratch wiki if you wanted to teach people about scratch though

• wiki requests aren't instantly slapped an accept as you genuinely need knowledge of Scratch (before you say i'm talking like someone who knows anything, i am not.) and you need to acknowledge all they'd said.
