I want to confirm my new account but I don't see the email. Maybe it has something to do with me using a school computer? Please give me any information on how to confirm the account.

Have you tried resending the email? That kinda happened to me so I had to keep resending a bunch of times but it eventually worked.

If you are using a school email, the verification letter might not send.

I don't think it has to do anything with the school computer unless your schools restrict receiving emails from anything/anyone else outside of your school. When you send the email, in your email's inbox, there should be an email called “no-reply”, so it doesn't say anything like "Scratch email confirmation or something. Just look for no-reply and click the link/button on the email. Just make sure it says it's from scratch first.

You should only have to resend once, the reason why I said to resend was because I didn't know how it worked either back then, but you just have to look for the “no-reply” scratch email.

Okay, have you tried just looking up “no-reply” using the search bar on whatever email platform you're using?

When you go to your email does it say something like ‘You do not have access to use gmail’ or something?

If it does say that, just use a parents email.

Hmmm…. that's bad. Could it be that your school computers restrict access to other emails? If so, you won't be able to do it, but I know someone who DID use a school computer AND school email for their scratch account.
