I don't think the Scratch Team would add that. Some users might have a fear of clowns and some might use it to bully other Scratchers. Also I don't think it would be necessary.

(#7)Yeah I agree on that, it's just that calling a post nonsense because there's a phobia for letters is really just a bad defense imo — There's a phobia for almost everything.

Fear and clowns and possibly bullying are things that I reconsider this suggestion.

No support, some people have fears of clowns. The clown can also be used to make fun of the person or bullying. For example, if @totallynotabully said “this is what you look like: :clown emoji:” to @bekind, that would be bullying

Eh. Clowns can be used as a form of jumpscares and bullying. No support, it just doesn't really fit Scratch's criteria.
