Are shotgun sounds allowed?

It's just shotgun sounds. There are no shotguns, and in this case, the shotgun sounds do not imply that anyone has been shot.

Maybe it's ok as long as it's not too loud.

If the sound effect is used for something like a car accelerating or slamming a textbook onto a desk, that could be fine.

I'm planning on making a satire project for the 4th of July and the music is the USA national anthem with eagle noises and gunshots

Oh, so the gunshots imply guns? I would not recommend using those sound effects then, even if no guns are shown or anybody gets shot.

I think it's okay, as long as there's no violence.

I don't see a problem with even actual guns as long as there's no graphic violence

I'm pretty sure detailed guns are not allowed either. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Yes, I am almost 100% sure that shotgun sounds are allowed as long as they aren’t used in violent contexts.
