What went wrong with the suggestions forum after this update?
Anyway, I don't think we should create a new mascot just because of the update.

They shouldn't create a new mascot in general. Especially when suggested by the community. The scratch team, if they want a new mascot, are the only ones who can put that special magic into a character that just shouts “scratch”. I often don't see any mockup mascots that have that magic the current mascots do.
