The Scratch website has recently changed. The only problem that I have found is the buttons that make the stage larger and smaller in the editor are gone.

For me, buttons are not gone, but instead the icons that are supposed to be inside it are missing. Scratch labs version don’t seem to have this bug.

My browser / operating system: Linux, Chrome 114.0.0.0, No Flash version detected

It’s still not fixed for me. It’s not a big issue, but I’d like to see the logos again.
