is there a possibility to add a warning window, before deleting a figur? My students often accidently click on that bin an delete the whole programmed figur.

Just like HurricaneMitch1998M said, this doesn't belong in bugs and glitches since it's not a bug. Suggestions is the place where you go if you want the Scratch Team to change something about Scratch. But don't worry, I'll report this to be moved.
I'm not sure if it will be added though, you never know. But, if you didn't know, there is a way to get it back normally. If you have deleted accidentally a sprite, you can click edit in the navbar up top, then select undo. That will bring it back, but I'm pretty sure it only works if you don't x out the tab or reload after you have deleted it. If you have a sprite or costume that you frequently use or just want to keep it just in case, you can either download it by clicking export or drag it to the backpack in the very bottom.
