If we have time blocks in the Sensing section, can't there be weather blocks too, or would that be too much of a hassle to develop?

This actually did exist in ScratchX (the website got shut down on April 4, yes this year). However, I think they found it too dangerous to keep or that it didn’t really have a use because I’ve seen topics suggesting for it, that were closed.
