Edit: letmethink has found a better solution, so you might want to use that instead of the one in my post.
I've had a difficult time looking for a solution for you, though I did come across this one creative solution that should work.
For this plan to work, you're going to need both a microphone and a program for recording music. From there, it's simple.
First, start recording using your program, and afterwards start playing your MIDI music. Then, whenever it's done, you should be able to save/export your music, and upload it to Scratch. Just to warn, there'll be a second or two of nothing at the beginning of the music file, so you might want to chop that out of your music using the Scratch music editor.
I hope that this helps!

I can't be bothered to make a signature. Seriously, who has time to write these things? I have stuff to do, games to make, and you expect me to write a big, long signature? I'm not your slave. You can't tell me what to do, so no, I WON'T write a signature.
Oh, wait…
