Unfair alert

Are there any ways to explain this situation outside of Contact Us? I am unable to use Contact Us on my school iPad. It never loads.

If it's just an alert then I would just leave it, if you actually got banned though. That's when I'd use a ban appeal, or would that not work either?

Maybe you have to go to a different device and use contact us. Sadly the forums are not a place to help with alerts

Just accept it, alerts aren't always accurate but they don't do anything anyway.

No. You need to use Contact Us, there is no other way you will get this resolved. To elaborate a bit:
- If you comment on a ST member's project or profile, they will just tell you to use Contact Us. Also you don't know which ST member actually left you the alert, while Contact Us would give them the chance to forward it to the right person.
- Same on the forums. Also, while I am not saying this is the case here, on the forums we have no way to verify what you are saying is true and do not know the full story.
- As for the rest of the community, there isn't much we can do to help you. All we can do is offer advice, but we can't get the alert taken off your record.
Taking the alert as you present it, most likely a moderator made a mistake by seeing “kissy kiss” and missing the bigger context. I have received a few mistaken alerts before, and all of them were resolved via Contact Us. It's unfortunately your only option.

Just accept it, alerts aren't always accurate but they don't do anything anyway. This isn't really correct. If you get a lot of alerts, especially for the same thing, you risk your account getting banned, and it's a much more difficult process to get an account unbanned (even if banned by mistake) than to get a mistaken alert removed.

Have you tried using contact us on another device? That’s not an option for me.
snipAlright, well thanks anyway.
