This is a question I've had for a while, but I'm just finally getting to asking it.

Can New Scratchers make and use lists? I remember when I was a New Scratcher I didn't see any option to make a list, but shortly after becoming a Scratcher I suddenly saw this new “Create List” button in the variables category. I already know what you're gonna say medians /j

Yes, they can - I'm not sure how you missed it. That would be a very weird restriction, you could just download the offline editor and use them there.

You might be confusing it for cloud variables.

If it's restricted for New Scratchers, then how is making a list for certain things possible?

Anyway, I tested this on my super secret alt, and I seemed to get lists.

Lists are a feature that new Scratchers can utilize.

Yes, new scratchers can use Lists and Variables. They cannot use Cloud Variables, though.

There's nothing stopping users with the “new scratcher” rank to use lists.

Yes, New Scratchers are able to use lists. It wouldn't really matter anyways because I decided to try to recreate lists without using a list. It worked, but it's useless.
