So basically I'm having a problem. I'm trying to make this area of the stage where the camera stops moving but the character still is, but I can't quite do it correctly. I'm able to do the x-camera freezing properly, but the gravity seems messed up and the player will sometimes clip through the ground, even though the hitbox isn't. Anyone have any idea how to do this?

You have to share your game and I need to see your code in order to diagnose the problem, it's impossible to the find the issue with unknown code.

Try finding a way to freeze the X camera and look for or make a gravity variable?
