General TOS:

The Golden Rules
1. We may post your posts on our website at any point. Using this shop means you accept this rule.
2. Do not harass anyone if your order is a little late, but if has not been done for a while, contact @–Tom.
3. If your review looks terrible amazing in it's own way, do not harass the person who made it about it, especially if it is there first one.
4. No spamming, advertising or other acts against your fellow Scratchers. (Ads are fine if approved by @–Tom)
5. We may reject any order, request and/or other questions.
6. Use the word at the end of this sentence so we know you have read the TOS (hide it!), just to be compliant with the fire-rules.
7. No raids, thread hijacking or any other mischief, okay?
8. You may only order again after a 3 day period after you requested an order.
9. Follow these at all times or get striked. 3 strikes mean you're fired! Strikes look like this: *
10. If you want to be a partner, your banner will be put on the site. The banners will not be fitted to size though, all will be the standard size. If you don't want this, please say you don't in your partner form.

Admin TOS:

The Golden Rules

3. If you strike someone, use the asterisk (*) because it works with all systems. Now you understand, have some Apple Juice!
4. If shop bans are need, contact @–Tom to decide the severity of the situation.
5. Follow these at all times or get striked. 3 strikes mean you're fired! Strikes look like this: *
6. Every month there is an Activity Check, if you do not quote the post and put ‘Here!’ underneath, you get a strike. These appear next to your name every
Activity Check.
7. Sometimes, @–Tom will make new rules. there will be a post, describing the changes so you know.

Website Advertising TOS:

The Golden Rules
1. We may remove your ads on our website at any point.
2. Make sure that your Scratch Related ad is compliant with the Scratch Community Guidelines.
3. Your ad will only be an image, with the name and the motto above, with text saying “Click the image to go to the Shop!”.
4. We may reject any advertisement request.
5. You may choose which page the ad goes on, if it is not occupied.
6. Use the word at the end of this sentence so we know you have read the TOS (hide it!), so I can have faith in your truthfulness.
7. No DDOS-ing my site, even though I don't host it.
8. You may only ask for an ad spot a week after the previous one. This will replace your existing ad.
9. Follow these at all times or your ad will be removed.

The Fire Shop is a community shop, where orders are requested by the community, and taken by the community. There (obviously) are admins to moderate the flow of content, but you can request ANY type of Scratch-related image, video, animation, music and more! This way, people of any talent can take orders, suited to their particular talent! We also will soon have a web-based store, property of the Fire Shop.
