In scratch, it is impossible to “hide” the mouse cursor and lock it to the center of the screen.

HOWEVER

Turbowarp has the option to add a mouse lock. (Click add an extension, and find the mouse lock)
Keep in mind that this extension will not work in scratch.

You can use turbowarp. It has the ability to hide your cursor but mouse x and y are how fast the mouse moved. It even works with shared projects!
