I really like the light mode mockup, it gives all the information you would want to know about your ban in an easily readable manner. It even looks nice.
My only problem is the continue button. What are you supposed to continue on to?

I don't like the dark mode, namely because it's very dark. The gradients on the buttons also don't reflect how serious a ban is, and don't really look good since they're not consistent. The colouring of other elements could also use some work.

Overall, I like this suggestion, but maybe leave the dark mode version to the ST if they make a dark mode.

You can continue on from it if it was a warning like the picture states.

But the OP said that it was a ban message, and if this was just an alert, why would it show the ban time?
You do get lots of alerts when you're banned, and they're usually shown in the ban message screen, hence the "alerts' section.
