i want a limit to reporting because the scratch team is busy with the reports and seeing if theyre false reports or not and i want a limit to reporting to help decrease mass reports that are unnecessary

Half support, I believe that there should be a limit PER-PROJECT.

Say you report a project a certain number of times, then you wouldn't be able to report it again for an increasing amount of time (first 1 day, 2 days, 5 days, week, and then flagged for misuse of report system) unless there has been an edit to the project (this won't reset the counter)
