Is getting "Herding Cats..." rare first try?

I looked inside a project and the first message I got was “Herding cats…”, is that rare?

I believe it isn't any rarer then getting any other message, as I dont believe I've seen any other the messages significantly more tiems then others

Sometimes while a project is loading, it says ‘Herding Cats’ with the other messages. This might be a 3.0 thing since you use 2.0.

The progress bar only comes with TurboWarp and the thing that changes Scratch.

I think the “joke” ones are a bit rarer, but I've kind of stopped paying attention to the loading messages for a while now, so I'm not 100% sure.

I think sometimes they throw in some funny messages along with the regular ones. I've gotten things like “inflating gobos” and even “herding cats” once, but I forgot about it.

The code for this can be found here. In summary, the various messages each have a corresponding weight, which I've summarized in this table:

"Creating blocks …"      :50
"Loading sprites …"      :50
"Loading sounds …"       :50
"Loading extensions …"   :50
"Creating blocks …"      :20
"Herding cats …"          :1
"Transmitting nanos …"    :1
"Inflating gobos …"       :1

I have no idea why “creating blocks” appears twice, but I assume it's because some Scratch dev forgot that they can just add 20 to 50 and get 70.
Then, every five seconds, a random message is picked depending on the weight through this code:

        let rand = sum * Math.random();
        for (let i = 0; i < messages.length; i++) {
            rand -= messages[i].weight;
            if (rand <= 0) {

So, the odds of getting herding cats when this function is called is, assuming I added in my head correctly, 1 in 223, or 0.44%. Unless statistics has finally broken, the odds of getting it first try is the same as any other time this function is called.
