1. Introduction
   1.1 By using the services provided by Infinity AI, a scratch shop that provides AI-powered solutions for various orders, including art, code, writing, and bbcode, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), as well as any other policies or guidelines that may be applicable to specific services.
   
   
2. Staff
   2.1 Infinity AI's staff consists of a team of dedicated volunteers who are committed to providing high-quality services to the community.
   2.2 All staff members are expected to follow Infinity AI's Code of Conduct, which includes guidelines for professional conduct, communication, and collaboration.
   2.3 Infinity AI reserves the right to remove any staff member who violates the Code of Conduct or who engages in any behavior that is detrimental to the shop or its customers.
   2.4 Staff should be ready to proxy orders upon request by assigned staff of order (ASoO). ASoO's cannot proxy orders without reason, or without good reason for proxying.
   
   
3. Customers
   3.1 Infinity AI's services are available to all customers who submit a valid order.
   3.2 By submitting an order, customers agree to provide accurate and complete information about their order, including any relevant files, specifications, or other details.
   3.3 Infinity AI reserves the right to reject any order that violates its policies or guidelines, or that it determines is beyond the scope of its capabilities.
   3.4 Infinity AI does not guarantee that all orders will be completed, and reserves the right to cancel or terminate an order at any time, for any reason.
   
   
4. Ordering
   4.1 All orders submitted to Infinity AI are subject to review and approval by the shop's staff.
   4.2 Once an order has been approved, Infinity AI will provide an estimated timeline for completion, which may vary depending on the complexity of the order and the availability of staff members.
   4.3 Customers are encouraged to provide feedback and request revisions to their orders, and Infinity AI will make every effort to accommodate such requests.
   4.4 Infinity AI reserves the right to modify or cancel an order if the customer fails to provide accurate or complete information, or if the order violates any of the shop's policies or guidelines.
   
   
5. Bans
   5.1 Infinity AI may ban any customer who violates its policies or guidelines, engages in abusive behavior, or otherwise disrupts the shop's operations.
   5.2 Customers who have been banned from Infinity AI may not submit new orders or participate in any other services provided by the shop.
