Doesn't the Doctor love Rose? Also the fan theory that Sparkler and Dinky are Derpy's foals is fake. Think about it, Derpy is 16 in the first season, Dinky is 5.

But they are ponies they are like humans. Anyway, she is 16 in pony age.
