Clicking "(New Posts)" doesn't work

On the forums, clicking “(New Posts)” always takes me to the first post in the thread, not to where I haven't read yet.

EDIT: I'm using Chrome on Win7

it has worked for me, just tested it.

Using Firefox 46.0.1, Flash plugin version 21.0.0.242, and Windows 7 Professional.

I just did it on a thread and it worked fine.

For most topics, new posts isn't working for me either.

hmm, same here. but i also didn't visit that topic today. every topic i have visited recently has worked fine, but the older ones don't.

That redirects me to http://alpha.scratch.mit.edu/forums/topic/337/?page=1#post-1941, which goes to the post. Does it not redirect you?
