Here's lightsaber lore and rules about their physics for y'all.

Lightsabers are currently inconsistent in Star Wars canon. They slice through metal Battle Droids like butter but bounce off weak Stormtrooper armor and stone floors in the Kenobi series. They cut off Anakin's limbs in Revenge of the Sith with little effort but give Kylo a small cut on his cheek in The Force Awakens.

So, here's how lightsaber physics will work in this universe:
Lightsabers will be able to slice off limbs, but the user will have to use his strength to do so that way it's not too easy. They'll be able to cut through Battle Droids easily because of how thin they are, and can also slice through metal doors and pillars, though once again the user will have to use some strength for this.

Lightsaber Lore:
The earliest lightsabers were made using Kyber Crystals by an ancient race of cultists called the “Rakata”. However, they couldn't get them to be finite like modern lightsabers, and thus they were immensely destructive. The plans for them were kept, but most of these sabers were kept away on shelves since no one wanted to use them. Soon, after the Rakata wiped out their own civilization out after being corrupted by the Dark Side of the force, the spiritual organization called the “Je'Daii” arrived on the planet to bring it back to balance. There they discovered the blueprints for the sabers. The Je'Daii created the first version of the modern day lightsaber called the “Forcesaber”, now also known as the Protosaber. It had a finite blade with an adjustable length, but was hooked up to a pack that went on your back for it to function. Over the years it evolved until it was powered by a device kept at your waist, and finally the functionally became entirely embedded in the hilt. This is the lightsaber now used throughout the galaxy.

We'll have one era where the Jedi and Sith were both extremely powerful and in a struggle for dominance. This era will have lots of opportunity for people who want to write books showing the Jedi and Sith in their prime. this era ends with the fateful Battle of Malachor, where the Jedi group together to launch a massive attack on a superweapon created by the evil Darth Nihilus. Nihilus attempts to use the weapon, but it malfunctions and kills all of the Sith and Jedi there; giving all of their power to Nihilus, turning him into a “wound in the force”.
The next era, which Ruin is set in, will have the Sith rise to power and take control of most of the galaxy. Palpatine's ambition can be to try to recreate this, as it is the glory days of the Sith. Since most of the Jedi were killed in the Battle of Malachor, the Jedi will be a ruined order that is struggling to continue existing. The end of this era can be the Ruin book, which shows the jedi's last-ditch effort to take down the Sith.

I made something and its like a fraction. For 8:00 AM in Earth it would be 8/24 AM. Its around 8/24 AM

Yeah, that's fine

I have an idea where for light sabers, the more tuned in to the force you are the easier it is to fight with a light saber. because most people are not force-sensitive. then it shows that near mastery you are stronger. this also explains how being Jedi master works, you must be very strong with the force.

it could also incorporate ganeshsias's idea so it would be say 8 then it would be 8/24 bg or ag

Okay, everyone. Thanks for the help with the time. I've decided to go with the hour/length of day variation. I've decided that the average length of a day on most inhabited planets in the galaxy will be 30 hours.
A typical day/rotation will go from 01/30 to 15/30, and night will be from 16/30 to 30/30.
A cycle is an average year of 411 days.
Does this sound good to everyone?
