Add a turtle sprite

There are a bunch of animals that are featured in the sprite selection, and for a turtle to be a more well-known animal, a turtle sprite should definitely be made for Scratch.

And as stated on #4, a turtle is a lot more aspiring to get ideas from rather than the Cheesy Puffs sprite.

Support. Turtle is the one animal that can be used in a lot of different ways. Turtle race! Turtle fan fact project! Turtle farm project! A turtle sprite could give kids a lot of cool ideas!

There could be a certain type/many costumes.

They would be in bitmap, rather than an easy-to-edit one in vector.
