stop all code block

where exactly did the stop all block go to, I wish I had it for a project and the place where I used to find it a lot (control) was gone, where did it go? if it has been removed, is there any alternatives?

It still exists…
It's now a dropdown block

stop [All v] // now has options to stop all scripts, stop other scripts inside sprite and to stop this script

Its still here in 3.0, its in control still too. (Near the end of the control section above the three clone related blocks.)
