I can't create bitmap gradients using fill bucket tool

Either it only covers half of the object or it just doesnt fill at all

I've messed around with gradients a little, and this could be because of the resolution of the image when its transformed into bitmap. Painting certain things or what not might have different color in pixels, causing scratch's paint system to limit itself to certain areas. Sometimes it even acts specific, coloring little pixels you click on. Very annoying sometimes. Of course, this might not be the case.

judging by the footage, it seems to be different than that. still hope this helps at all.
