I can't seem to get how to make those speech blocks talk in different languages! Does anyone else know how?

you have to go into the extensions and select the “translate”
extensions is the blue square below where all the different types of blocks are.

Try using Google Translate to get text in the specific language you want.
The words will come out mangled, but it's better than nothing.

What is TTS?
It stands for Text to Speech, which is the robot voice you are using.
