I want to import an picture to my pfp but it says that the profile picture should be 500x500… and the image is respecting the rules! Help me…

First, that's not a bug. Your image file size is just too big, if you're image is larger than 500x500 and have a size that is more than 500KB, then you can't change your profile picture. An easy method to fix this issue is to use an online "Image Resizer" tool, (60x60 pixels is recommended).

Are you sure of that? - Is your file type a “GIF”? - If so, that could be the problem, GIF's are most likely large than any other image type. Try using a "GIF Compress" tool, in case.

I used that and it said:

The image you uploaded was either not an image or a corrupted image.
