I've been having a problem that makes my name and icon in the top right corner not appear, which makes signing in and out inaccessible. I'm not even sure if I'm signed in right now. For some reason, this also makes it so I can't see project pages. I have tried restarting my computer, disabling my VPN, clearing my cache, using a different browser, reloading the page, and using a different WIFI, but none of this has worked. Can someone help with this? Thanks.

If not, whats your browser/OS?

I'm on a Windows laptop. I've tried both Chrome and Opera GX but neither have worked.

Can you show a screenshot?
Which version of Windows are you running, and have you tried updating your browsers?

I think thats internet issues. Try aging a while or refreshing when it happens.

I've tried reloading and it hasn't worked. Also, I don't think it's just my internet because all the other sites I use work fine.

omg guys i think ive figured it out. its something to do with having a VPN in use on startup. not sure exactly how that works but yeah

Since you were using a VPN, someone could have also used that VPN and gotten the IP banned there. When the IP is banned on a network, sometimes the menu won't show up.

That's possible too, but sometimes I'll still have the problem even when I'm not connected and auto-connect is disabled.

Bro I just had the same issue for a bit while I wasn't even using a VPN so I think It's some kind of internet problem but specifically with scratch which a VPN just worsens? Not really sure.

Yeah, it's a server issue. The Scratch servers have broken down a few times, but now that it's one of Scratch's active months, it's really messed up.
