A game I (might) make
Idk, I might I like the Latin version “Sangrius”You could use another language. For example, there are some very powerful names you can make off of the word for “devil” in other languages. Diavolo, Diaboli, Demonio, Diabhal, etc. Yea,
Idk if I SHOULD change it or not, because I don't know another name that would describe it well
(Also, the only reason it revolves around blood is because I needed something powerful and nearly endless.. So yea, I may be a lunatic ._.)

Ok, I have it done,
(The name is maybe a little disturbing)
But anyway, here's the link:
https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/794355943/
It doesn't have any eyes. That's kind of an express elevator to making it insanely creepy, so I guess just be careful.

Part of the thing is that for the version before the eye made it overly creepy, that sound knida weird XDOk, I have it done,

Papercuts bleed like hellSo what? Ultimately, this idea had to have originated from one place — and it’s not an answer from the Scratch Team. Therefore, how do we know for certain that this is the rule that the Scratch Team uses? Do you understand how this train of thought falls apart? I hope it makes sense to you. If not, please ask me for clarification. well its pretty much a forced rule now since if you've been on the forums for over a month, its the rule you trust in
i mean if 10 people who are mainly credible says it, you'd probably believe itExactly. “Papercut amount of blood” is just a phrase that I feel is mindlessly repeated, but in reality, what does it even mean? tbh i've always thought the rule was weird as papercuts didn't make me bleed lol

I have never (bleeded? bled?) from a papercut. “Use a papercut amount of blood” is just a phrase that users repeat, without even knowing what that means. Papercuts bleed like hell
Also, I don't know if there's a single source from a Scratch Team member that said that a “papercut” amount was ok. Sure, one time @Za-Chary said something along the lines of, “I have seen a project that had a papercut amount that was ok for Scratch”, but there's no ST-member source that explicitly says that that is a written rule.
In other words, I think the idea that only a “papercut amount” of blood is allowed, is more of a social construct (for lack of a better word) made by Scratchers, who actually don't know how much blood is allowed.
In reality, I think the amount of blood depends on both the context surrounding the blood, and also, it can vary among the Scratch Team. I can imagine some can think, “Nah, it's just a little drop, and it's about science, so it's fine”, but others might think, “If there's a single hint of blood then I'm taking the whole thing down.” They vary about other moderation choices too.
The bottom line is, if you want to be extra safe, just don't include any blood. There seems to be a lot of confusion surrounding this rule.

To be fair, I said this multiple times, all while I was a Scratch Team member at the time.
To some degree it is true, since the reason why I started saying that in the first place is because I saw a project (on Trending or the front page, I believe) that had blood shown from a paper cut, and considering it was on Trending, it was not removed. I don't remember what the specific project was, but the project did have a supportive message (“We all bleed the same,” meant to be supportive of racial equality, I believe) so perhaps that changes things. In other words, I think the idea that only a “papercut amount” of blood is allowed, is more of a social construct (for lack of a better word) made by Scratchers, who actually don't know how much blood is allowed.
This is also very true. There is no hard-set rule about blood — but if you limit the amount of blood to that of a paper cut, you're probably fine. The context also probably matters, too — an educational project about medical procedures would certainly look better than a violent project where you shoot people with realistic guns (which is already on thin ice even without the blood).
This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.
I was a Scratch Team member from May 10th 2019 to October 29th 2021.

Mostly sounds fine. Laser guns, tech, darkness, growls, snow blowers, explosions, all are fine. Monsters are probably fine— you said they're cartoon type, so I can't see that being scary. A little bit of blood is probably fine. Gore needs to be very, very minimal and ideally not realistic looking.
Overall, I think this game is fine as long as you keep the gore to an absolute minimum.
