turning not working in raycaster

i have zero idea why the turning wont work in thsi raycaster thing i made and it should work because some of the code is from the scratch wiki

Oh my god its literally a 2d 3d project now UHM.. for the rotating, do you have any custom scripts? And it seems to be still happening.

i managed to fix the turning but the rendering is still very strange
edit:i had to move the go to player block from the cast script to the ray script
