Since T-2309 was young, he didn’t care that much about the world and wanted to end it sooner.
Core Strengths: Easy to disguise as a pile of rocks and great at spying, and getting info from his enemies. Also, really smart.
Core Weaknesses: If you damage the C.B. (Core Brain) enough, also known as the head, T-2309 will die instantly, with there being no revival of T-2309 since the tech used to make him has been destroyed. Doesn’t know when to pop in and help or not. (This is because of his, “the world’s gonna end anyways ” attitude.) EX: starts to fight in the middle of getting important information.
Primary Weapon: Double-Barrel Shotgun (that is, of course, home made)
Primary Gadget: 0G bombs (because of how T-2309 works, these do not affect him.)
Other equipment: E.S.S. (Electric Stick Shocker, invented by Rockie) and some Tic Tacs. No joke, he uses these to freaking choke his enemies.

One of the tests was to try making a D.M. out of gallium (it could be like a Terminator), but it’s C.B. melted, therefore killing T-2308… we think. This was the first successful test technically, and the scientist knew so, but it died too soon.

Sorry, I've been pretty busy so I haven't been able to get back to you. Unfortunately, the inherent problem with this character is its non-human nature. Like I said in my last post, this RP is centered around human characters without superpowers, instead relying on wits, their strengths and their gear. Your equipment could use better description (0G bombs aren't explained, your E.S.S is just a stun baton by the sound of it, and Tic Tacs really don't make any sense regardless of context). The backstory is fine, and you've done a better job balancing the character, at least. I know this isn't the news you want to hear, and I sound really strict, but I can offer a compromise. For the hostile factions, I can allow you to have an android character (humanoid robot), who's body has been built fairly recently (after 2090). The rest is fine, as long as the character is updated to fit this.

Those strengths and weaknesses are too unbalanced, but think you've got the right idea. We need more bad guys. (I think gas has already been done by someone else… not too sure who, though)

Unfortunately, I can't accept this in its current state as it tries to define major lore for another faction (Dawn of Calamity is not influenced by outside factions, and 75% of their forces being PLS seems absurd to me). It also seems to overshadow the importance of DoC, who is the primary enemy. I like the idea of them being rich folk who hire out mercenaries and do crime (that's the idea I'm getting, anyway).

I do appreciate the effort. Fan-works are nonexistent, so you're the first! It's not exactly what I had in mind for RSR (I envision their theme as more dramatic and metal) and a bit repetitive, but it's good nonetheless.
