(READ THE OP) Custom wallpapers for scratch

READ THIS BEFORE POSTING:

The use of this would be to help colorblind people with seeing correct. This would also eliminate the need for dark mode.

The idea is that you could take one of your favorite images and use it as a ‘theme’ for scratch, so instead of a single-color background, you can choose a certain file and make it replace black or white. GIFs would not be allowed, as that would significantly slow the server down.

Just make it visible to the ST, and if it is not appropriate, then the wallpaper will be reset and said user will lose their wallpaper ability if it happens 5 times

5 is quite a lot. I'd just do 2 or 3.
Semi-support, it might make stuff look nicer and more personalized but ST don't have the resources to constantly check none of the 100m+ users have inappropriate wallpapers. If you can see others' wallpapers on their profiles, and have wallpaper as a report option, then sure. Because then ST can just look at reported wallpapers.

You can already do this with projects?
no way we have to delete projects from scratch now

Then report the image. Tell the person that posted it that they can have that as their wallpaper if they like, but if they wanna share screenshots, they have to change the wallpaper.
