Do you have a compiler? would really like to use files as executables (.exe). Also the

 go to[mouse v]
(touching [mouse v])

aren't working.

This topic is quite old, and the developer hasn't been active for a while now, so you'll probably not get a definite answer. Sorry about that.

If you're talking about Dream itself, you can go to the downloads page. About the projects though, there doesn't seem to be anything to do it. Compilers/Players need to be ported for them to work with mods, as most of the time they have the player bundled and are completely standalone.

You can actually download the Mac app and extract it yourself. Mac apps are directories with executables and resource files etc, so the dream.image file should be inside the directory (Dream.app/Contents/Resources/Dream.image). If you can't extract the .image file I can do it for you and upload it.

When i used Dream i found it had lots of bugs when i used some of the new blocks, i was wondering if they are known or not..?
