My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 108.0.0.0, No Flash version detected

my fill bucket tool in bitmap is suddenly not working again. im doing an art contest entry and need it to finish my piece. what can i do? it usually works when i click with my drawing tablet or mouse but its not doing anything when i click now. i restarted my computer and it fixed nothing
