Bitmap bucket not working

My browser / operating system: Linux, Chrome 99.0.4844.88, No Flash version detected

I'm currently using samsung internet browser and it seems like the bucket tool in bitmap doesn't work?
I dunno if this can be fixed by just switching browsers or using the offline version of scratch
