I am brand new to scratch discussions and a beginner to scratch, so if i am doing something wrong pls tell me…

I am trying to make a sprite(match) that can move and rotate, as well as having a part(flame) that stays pointed upwards when it rotates and stays at one point, like here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/765550848
