I thought that that glitch was already fixed.

It just takes a while. THat happened to me when I was tryin to change Mine. I got on about an hour later and it was there

Are you sure you clicked the black box? And not the picture? But yeah, it can take some time.

but i cant even do anything, all that happens is when i clikc on the change in the black box thing, it does absolutely nothing, which means i either have a bug, or i dont get to choose my picture!

You have to click on the black box several times really fast and it will work. Trust me.
