Make "Wait (0) secs" refresh the screen

Basically, all “wait ( ) secs” should refresh the screen in atomic(custom) blocks when running without screen refresh, including “wait (0) secs.” This would be nice and practical, as well as give it a definate place to stop if you want to add that. Also, make it so if scripts are contained in a “forever” c-loop or a “repeat until,” they should have a set number of repeats before refresh, let's say, 10,000. This also lowers deadly lag.

EDIT: Anything containing a wait should make for a refresh. For instance, "Broadcast [message] and wait." I missed that, but DadOfMrLog was kind enough to point it out.

There's also ‘broadcast and wait’, which is pretty disastrous within an atomic (non-refresh) block - got caught out by that myself, and I know others have…
