for some reason my pages for profiles and stuff aren't updated to 3.0 and I don't have any idea of how to fix it.

You can't, they just aren't updated yet for anybody.

There are no means of which to get it officially. You can use third party tools to get it but be careful and make sure you check if you are going to use them. The ST is working on getting all pages to the 3.0 design, but it'll take a while, with maintenance being their main priority.
