Am I allowed to draw realistic characters from PEGI 16 games?

Title. Stuff similer to the image attached below. The characters itself doesn't isn't related to serious violence other than killing people in a game.

edit, the woman (viper) is holding a moderatly realistic gun.

I would suggest removing the gun(or replacing with a laser gun), and maybe toning down the breasts, but otherwise you should be fine
