oh yeah there's this weird youtube clone called vidlii, it has a lot of stuff on it and if it was on youtube or vimeo it would probably get copyrighted. and it generally has weird atmosphere in my opinion

Bereghostgames, obscure youtuber now but they were popular back around in 2010's

Operation Cobra, a $3 3DS game that is laughably horrible. It looks like it was made in a couple of hours and definitely feels like a mobile game.

Yep, those are a few good examples.
Not sure if this really counts as obscure, but I just recently watched this movie called Metropolis (the 2001 version) about a week ago, and holy the animation is really good. I'm a bit sad not much people talk about it nowadays

the game file are uncopylocked and is shared around online consistently which means anyone can take the whole game
