This is going to be a 2D game with platformer physics and other interesting stuff.
To begin, we need:

Art:
Character (Cube/Stickman/Other)
Props (For different themes)
Effects (For different themes)
Enemies (For different themes)

Sounds:
Some tracks (For different themes)
SFX (For different themes)

Other:
Game UI and a text pack (Not from Scratch fonts)
Graphic designing

You also may help with other 3rd-party stuff if you want.
