Put the "What the Community is Sharing" thingy on the top above "Featured Projects"
Ok, well back in the 1.4 days (Sigh…..), the newest projects bar was at the top of the home page. It attracted attention to some unknown scratchers for about fifteen minutes before updating. But now the newest projects, or now renamed what the community is sharing, is near the bottom, and won't be noticed as easily.
I suggest it is moved so it can begin attracting attention to the newest projects again, instead of the featured projects section on the top.

Hey! Are you not sure what you shouldn't be doing on Scratch? Reread the Community Guidelines, they'll help.

Good idea, but I think it would be better to put them right below the Featured projects.
